Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is JT Westbrook, volunteer firefighter for the town of Erwin.

JT was nominated by Marlie Mooneyham who says, “JT deserves to be recognized because he works a full time job with Harnett County Schools Maintenance Department, and comes home to his family and still volunteers many hours to the fire department and the community. He has served on 2 fire departments during his career as a volunteer. He is dedicated to his family at home and his family at the fire department and also to the citizens of Erwin! Both of JT’s sons are also serving on the fire department!”
