Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Joshua Spivey, Captain for the Clayton Fire Department.
“Captain Spivey is hard working and is always trying to better not only himself but his crew along with Clayton Fire Department as a whole. He is a true representation of a leader by always setting good examples for his crew and pushing them to get the best out of them. In addition to being a Captain with the Clayton Fire Department, he is an entrepreneur, owning his own successful construction business. While both jobs require a lot time on his part, he still finds time to be an excellent father and husband to his beautiful family. He exemplifies what it is to be a hometown hero.”
Thank you, Joshua, for your service! As a token of our appreciation, we’re sending you a 4 pack of tickets for Carolina Mudcats Baseball, and a $50 gift card to Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q to thank you for all you do.
