Mystery is a nature, guy. A true sportsman. He prefers hikes over brunch and hot dogs over avocado toast. You won’t find him wearing cute hats or clothes, but he will proudly wear his signature slobber across the top of his nose. Don’t worry about wiping it off, because once you do it will come right back. Outside is his happy place, where he can play with toys, roll in the grass and just soak in the sun. His smooshy face and enthusiastic movements can only be described as goofy (in the best way possible) and will provide hours of enjoyment for both you and him. He loves tennis balls and belly rubs and has an affinity for wildlife, think birds and squirrels, but not in a snuggly, let’s make friends way. But like any outdoorsman, he has a soft spot for affection. After a day of soaking in the sun, he would love nothing more than to crack open a cold bowl of water and lay his head on your lap.
His preference is to be your one and only, so there should be no other dogs in the home. Does Mystery sound like your kind of guy? Mystery has been at the shelter since October 21st, 2022. Mystery deserves nothing but the best, and we are rooting for him to find his forever home very soon! Find more information on the APS of Durham on their website.
