Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Scott Holder, Assistant Fire Marshall for the City of Durham. 

Scott was nominated by his friend Kaitlyn, who says, “Scott has worked for the Durham Fire Dept for 26 years. He has worked his way up from the Academy to now being an Assistant Fire Marshall for the city of Durham. He has risked his life for years to serve his community and the people of Durham. In addition to his service with the fire department, Scott is an amazing husband, father, and grandpa. He is a dedicated family man and always there to lend a hand!”
