Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Jan Snipes, District Chief for Harnett County Emergency Services. 

Jan has served Harnett County as a paramedic since May of 1994. Jan is committed to helping others and saving lives. She is compassionate and provides excellent care to her patients and goes above and beyond to serve her community. Jan is a wonderful public servant, team member, leader, teacher, wife, and mother. She is a great inspiration to her family and friends! Jan is retiring in June with 30 years of service with Harnett County!
