94.7 QDR wants to help homeless animals around the Triangle find fur-ever homes and that’s why we started Fursdays!

We are bringing back our Fursdays the safe way – through Zoom! Each week we will feature a local pet up for adoption through one of the amazing rescue organizations around the area.

This week we are talking with Second Chance Pet Adoptions about their adorable cat!

Tim is a 6 year, 4-month-old cat that we like to refer to as a “parrot cat”. This is due to his love of jumping on the shoulders of anyone that is near him. He loves to be near his humans, and if that means attaching himself to them if possible, that is what he’ll do! He does well with other cats that are nice to him, but he would be super happy as the only cat so he can receive all of the love and affection. He does not do well with dogs, so it has to be a pup free home! He loves to play, especially with catnip toys, but sometimes he can get a little carried away, so it would be best if he were in a home with children 16+. If you are looking for an orange tabby to shower you with love and affection, Tim is the one for you!
