94.7 QDR wants to help homeless animals around the Triangle find fur-ever homes and that’s why we started Fursdays!
We are bringing back our Fursdays and each week we will feature a local pet up for adoption through one of the amazing rescue organizations around the area.
This week we are taking a look back at our previous adoptions because they are still available to adopt!
Ralph –
Ralph is about 7 years old and 66 lbs. He loves toys and tennis balls. He doesn’t always see the need to give the ball back but also doesn’t mind if you take it from him. He is on a joint supplement for some orthopedic issues and seems comfortable on that, but adopters will want to keep an eye of him and talk to their vet if/when that changes. He seems interested in other dogs but hasn’t been able to meet one while he’s been with us. Ralph is being treated for heartworm disease and should finish treatment soon. His favorite things are sunbathing outside and sitting in laps.
Ralph is available at the SPCA of Wake County! To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, please visit www.spcawake.org
Storm –
Storm is a super sweet, affectionate girl who loves people! She loves to hang out with you and receive gentle affection, watch Netflix, or play games. She also enjoys stuffed toys and may even toss it around a bit. Storm is attentive for treats, and already knows how to sit! Learn more about Storm here!
He is available at the Animal Protection Society of Durham! To set up a virtual visit or to adopt, please send adoption forms to [email protected].
