Our QDR Hometown Hero of the Week is Randy Jernigan, firefighter and 911 telecommunicator from Wilson’s Mills.

Randy was nominated by his daughter Jenna who says, “My dad deserves to be the hometown hero of the week for his dedication and willingness to our county. He’s not only a firefighter, but he’s also a 911 telecommunicator and a father of three. He always thinks of others, what they need, and helps in every way possible!”
